Poshmark Wrong Size Orders And Unresolved Complaints

twice now I've had to send pictures to show there was a problem with my order, and both times it went nowhere! I sent clear photos, but they still said no. Confusingly, both times, the items they sent were way off size-wise. Instead of just fixing it, I had to take pictures to prove it was wrong. That's a pain and feels unfair. As a customer, shouldn't they believe me without making me jump through hoops? Having to take pictures for something that should be clear from my order info is frustrating. They have all the messages and details, so why do I need to do extra work to show their mistake? It feels like they're making it hard on purpose, like I have to fight just to get the right stuff!
