Popeyes Spoiled Chicken And Coca Cola Served To Customers

On October 20, 2025, around 5:15 p.m., the chicken in the meal I bought from a Popeyes branch had a bad smell, and all the Coca-Cola drinks served with it were spoiled. When I informed the staff about the issue, they replaced my drink with another one and said there was a problem that day. However, despite this, they continued serving the spoiled drinks to other customers. When I asked other customers, they also said that both their drinks and chicken were spoiled. My receipt number is j017. It is completely unacceptable that this situation affected not only me but also other customers. People’s health should not be put at risk so easily, especially since children might also be consuming these products. I request that my grievance be resolved and the amount I paid be refunded. I also urge that proper hygiene and quality control measures be strengthened to prevent such incidents in the future.
