I purchased my Xiaomi Koca X5G Pro smartphone in 2021, and since the first day, I’ve been facing a persistent issue with app notifications. Even though I’ve disabled the “show message content” option in the notification settings, the content of all app notifications still appears on the screen. This problem affects all applications, not just specific ones.
I’ve tried every possible solution, including restarting the phone, restoring factory settings, and installing all available software updates, but the problem persists. My warranty period has expired, so I can’t get any additional technical support. I also haven’t contacted Xiaomi customer service yet.
I request that an urgent software update be released to fix this issue. I expect this bug to be resolved quickly so that my inconvenience can be addressed.
