Both My Poco M3 Pro Phones Developed the Same Random Shutdown Issue

I purchased two Poco M3 Pro 64GB 5G phones through Trendyol toward the end of 2021. I bought one for myself and the other for my son. Starting from early 2023, both phones began experiencing issues with turning off on their own, frequently turning on and off, and freezing in a way that we couldn't intervene with.
These issues, which occurred occasionally at first, later became more frequent, making the phones unusable in a healthy way. Having the exact same faults occur on both devices seriously disappointed me regarding the quality and durability of the products. At the time I bought them, this model was among the more preferable choices among 5G phones, sitting just below the top segment in terms of price/performance, and trusting this, I purchased two of them.
After experiencing these issues, I contacted the seller through Trendyol and asked for my invoices, but I couldn't obtain them since they don't show up in the system. I only have my order numbers on hand. The order number for the first phone is 795362439, and the order number for the second phone is 791712432.
Because these exact same faults occurred on both devices in such a short time, I am requesting that my complaint be resolved. I want my devices replaced with two current, properly functioning Poco brand phones equivalent to the segment they were in at the time of purchase. I expect my complaint to be reviewed and a quick, lasting solution to be provided.
