Pocket Option Prevents Withdrawal After Blocking Account

I have a trading account with Pocket Option, and as of today, my account has been blocked without any explanation. I was actively trading yesterday without any issues, but when I tried to access my account today, I received a message stating “account blocked,” and I can no longer use the platform. There is currently a balance of R114.00 in my Pocket Option trading account. I have never been able to make a withdrawal from this account, and now that it is blocked, I have completely lost access to my funds.
I have tried to resolve this issue by contacting Pocket Option customer support, but I have not received any response or explanation so far. I request that my funds in the amount of R114.00 be withdrawn and paid out to me immediately, or that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of why my account has been blocked and how this situation will be resolved.
