Pocket Option Name Verification Issue – Unable to Withdraw Funds

I am a user from Pakistan and I use the Pocket Option platform. I had registered with my correct name, but the system changed my name by itself and now I cannot withdraw my funds. When I try to withdraw, the screen tells me that I have to verify my email address and fill in my real name in the profile in order to create a withdrawal request, and there is a “Fill in name” button. However, my name is already correct and this situation prevents my withdrawal. Because of this name problem, I have been unable to withdraw my money since 20 July 2026 and currently about 15 dollars is stuck in my Pocket Option account. I want my name information to be corrected without any problem and my account to be verified so that I can make withdrawals normally again. I request that my account information be reviewed, my correct name be accepted in the system, and my withdrawal of 15 dollars be processed as soon as possible.
