Pocket Option Blocked My Real Account Without Any Explanation
I am a new user of Pocket Option and my real trading account has been blocked without any explanation. My account is registered to the email address mkamba***[email protected], and the account holder name is Kambarova M***. The blocking happened around 23–24 June. Before it was blocked, there was 50 USD in my deposit account. I have not received any clear information from Pocket Option about the reason for this block, and as a new user this situation is very confusing and worrying for me. I am unable to access my real trading account and I cannot withdraw my own funds. I kindly request Pocket Option to review my case, unblock my real trading account and allow me to withdraw my 50 USD deposit. If there is any specific reason for the blocking, I also ask for a clear written explanation so that I can understand and avoid any similar issues in the future.
