Pocket Option Account Suspension Complaint

I am a Pocket Option user from Kenya, and I hold a trading account registered with the email address brightonkibet48***@gmail.com. Today, a few minutes ago, after placing trades on the platform, I discovered that my trading account had been blocked. When I try to access my account, I receive a message stating that my account is blocked for security reasons due to a violation of rules 2.2 and 3.3. I strongly disagree with this decision, and I have evidence that my activities on the platform are legitimate and comply with fair use and trading rules. I contacted Pocket Option support about this issue, but so far, I have not received any response or resolution. Because of this sudden block, I currently cannot access my trading account or my funds. I request that my case be urgently reviewed, my account be immediately unblocked, and that I be allowed to withdraw my funds without any delay. I also request clear information on what exactly is claimed to be a violation of rules 2.2 and 3.3, so that this situation can be resolved transparently and fairly.
