Playweez Unauthorized Withdrawals And Privacy Breach Leading To Legal Action

For a long time, Playweez has accessed my privacy and withdrawn money from me without my knowledge or consent. My personal rights, freedoms, and financial assets have been secretly interfered with, and funds have been taken from me without any clear, open, or informed approval. I discovered that Playweez had been draining money from me through these hidden and unauthorized transactions over an extended period. In my view, these actions constitute the offenses of seizure and looting under Articles 148 and 149 of the Turkish Penal Code, and for this reason I have filed a lawsuit that includes both criminal and compensation claims. I request that all unauthorized and unlawful withdrawals made from my accounts be fully refunded, that every transaction carried out in my name be examined in detail, and that I be provided with a clear written explanation of how these transactions were carried out without my knowledge or consent. I also request that all unauthorized access and transactions involving my information be stopped immediately and that necessary measures be taken to prevent such a situation from ever occurring again.
