I Face Account Suspension on PlayStation Over ₺1049 Charge for a Game I Didn’t Buy

On September 3, 2024, I noticed two unauthorized charges from YDS PlayStation Network on my bank card: ₺1049,00 and ₺2,10. I immediately reported the issue to my bank on September 19, 2024, and initiated a dispute process. On October 22, 2024, I received an email from PlayStation informing me that my account was suspended.
I assumed the situation was being handled between my bank and PlayStation. On December 30, 2024, my bank confirmed that the dispute was resolved in my favor and the funds were returned to my account. Believing the matter was closed, I didn’t contact PlayStation further.
However, on January 18, 2025, I emailed PlayStation support when I realized my account was still suspended. After several emails, they asked me to contact them via phone, but due to my YKS exam preparations, I postponed it. On June 16, 2025, I finally spoke with PlayStation support, who claimed my account was suspended due to an unpaid purchase—possibly for the game Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions. I never bought this game, and I have no confirmation email from PlayStation for such a purchase.
When I explained this on June 26, 2025, they told me that the 14-day refund period had passed and my account would remain suspended unless I paid the full amount. But how could I request a refund within 14 days for a game I didn’t knowingly purchase, and only discovered by chance when reviewing my card statement?
I explicitly request the immediate reactivation of my PlayStation account and the cancellation of the charge for the game I did not purchase. I also expect an apology for this prolonged inconvenience.
Please resolve this issue within 14 days.
