PlayStation Account Recovery Issue: Mobile App Login Blocked

While trying to access my PlayStation account through the mobile app, I was suddenly logged out. I do not remember my password and had been using a passkey. When I attempted to reset my password, I was asked to provide my date of birth. However, when I created the account, I entered a random date of birth, and I no longer remember it.
At the moment, I can still log in to my account through the console without any issues, but I cannot access it through the mobile app. I currently have an active PlayStation Plus subscription, and my account is registered in the Turkey region. This issue has been ongoing for about 2–3 months. I tried reaching out for support via email, but I have not received any response. I request assistance so that I can regain access to my account on the mobile app.
