My PlayStation Account Hacked - Unable to Recover Password

I'm having a major issue with my PlayStation account. It seems like someone has hacked into it, and to make matters worse, I can't remember the password for my email. I've got my phone number all set up, but I'm stuck at that next part. I'm having trouble getting in touch with someone for assistance. Even though my card is registered, the recovery email is sent to it, but I've never been able to switch to the SMS option on my phone. I also couldn't find any support email or phone number.
