I Face Inappropriate Player Harassment Issue in PKXD on Samsung A06

About 20 minutes ago, I experienced a highly disturbing incident while playing PKXD on my Samsung A06 Android phone in Bursa. During a pet exchange on the trade screen, I encountered a level 20 male player whose username was written in Japanese characters. In the middle of the trade, this player asked if I had Snapchat, then proposed to “be in a relationship.” Even after I refused, he kept insisting and eventually asked for nude photos via Snapchat.

This is not an isolated incident—my friend had a similar experience with the same player. I reported the matter to PKXD support immediately, but no action was taken. While I did not suffer any monetary loss, this event has seriously affected my 8-year-old sibling’s mental well-being. I could not take a screenshot as the player abruptly left the game.

I am demanding that PKXD urgently investigate this account, permanently ban such players, and take stronger measures to ensure child safety in the game. I also request direct contact with the game administrators to discuss this matter. My in-game username is ***. I expect an immediate and effective resolution.
