Pizza Hut Order Canceled After 2.5 Hours

I placed an order with Pizza Hut at 6:37 p.m. However, the order was never put into production and was automatically canceled at 9:08 PM, more than two and a half hours later.

This huge wait time is completely unacceptable, especially when the order hasn't even begun. This lack of service speaks poorly of Pizza Hut's commitment to customer pleasure.

Frankly, I'm not sure how Pizza Hut intends to compensate for this inconvenience. It's safe to say that we won't consider them for future orders.
