I'm Demanding PicsArt Cancel My Annual Charges Set Through Next Year

While trying to use the 3-day trial period on PicsArt's iOS mobile app, I ended up entering a 1-year subscription commitment without any additional confirmation being obtained afterward. It bothered me quite a bit that this commitment started without seeing any additional confirmation screen or clear warning.
Yesterday, when a charge was attempted on my line, I noticed the situation because the payment couldn't go through due to insufficient balance. I immediately canceled the subscription afterward, but despite this, it appears I will continue to be charged until 05/31/2027. I later learned that many other people have experienced the same situation.
My PicsArt account/Apple ID is registered under the name Helin Ç****. I never knowingly or intentionally approved this subscription as a yearly commitment — I only wanted to use the trial period. For this reason, I am requesting that my annual subscription commitment be canceled and that no further charges be made to me.
