Pi Network Transferred My Coins to Another Account After Unlock

I lost my Pi coins because of a misleading ad I saw on Pi Network’s own platform. As soon as my coins were unlocked, they were immediately transferred to another account—without my knowledge or consent. I strongly suspect the ad was malicious, yet it was displayed right on their official site or app. How is that even possible?
Now I’m stuck with no way to reverse the transaction, no way to report the malicious wallet, and no way to block or shut it down. When users make even a small mistake, Pi Network is quick to block or suspend accounts—but when their platform enables something this serious, there’s no action or support.
What’s worse, the same thing is about to happen to my wife and child’s accounts too. Their coins are still locked, but based on what happened to mine, I fear they’ll be automatically transferred the moment the locks are lifted. This is not just frustrating—it’s unacceptable.
Pi Network, your users need real security and reliable support. I want a solution to retrieve my stolen coins and a way to prevent unauthorized accounts from receiving funds. If trust is the foundation of this project, then prove it by fixing this immediately.
