Pi Network KYC Verification Blocked – Unable to Verify After 4 Years

I have been mining Pi Coin for four years, yet I am unable to complete the KYC verification process. Every time I try, I receive an error stating "maximum usage reached", preventing me from verifying my identity.

Meanwhile, I have seen new miners successfully complete KYC, yet I, who have been contributing for years, am still stuck without verification. I currently have 1,107 Pi Coins, but they are useless if I cannot verify my account and transfer them to the mainnet.

Pi Network, resolve this issue immediately! Long-term users should not be left behind while new users get priority. I need a clear solution and the ability to complete my KYC verification now!
