Pi Network KYC Verification Stuck on "Pending" – No Clear Resolution

I recently re-submitted my KYC verification on Pi Network, but it still shows as "pending." I have no idea how to proceed or how long this process will take. There is no clear guidance on what to do next, nor is there any support team I can contact directly for help.
The system does not explain why my verification is stuck in review, and there is no option to re-submit or check the status in detail. This lack of transparency is extremely frustrating.
I need urgent assistance in resolving this issue. If there is an additional step I need to take, please provide clear instructions. Pi Network, please improve your KYC process and offer better customer support to users facing this issue.
