PhotoRoom added watermarks after subscription, how can I remove them without paying more?

Firstly, make sure you're in the right account. Subscriptions bought from the PhotoRoom Web App, the Apple App Store, or the Google Play Store are linked to individual accounts.

Check your login information and membership status in the app's settings or the platform's subscription management area.

Try restoring your purchase within the app if your subscription is still current and the watermarks are still there. If you're using iOS, go to Settings > Subscriptions > PhotoRoom and tap "Restore Purchase."

To restore photos on an Android device, go to the Google Play Store, tap on your name, then "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions" > "PhotoRoom," and select "Restore."

On app.photoroom.com, go to "Preferences," then "Your billing," and hit "Manage subscription" if you subscribed through the Web App.

Contact PhotoRoom Support directly if the problem keeps happening. Help is available at their Help Center or by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support in the app.

In case of problems, PhotoRoom will refund you within one week of the buy.
