UPI Not Working And Bank Account Functions Failing


For the last one month I have been having continuous problems while trying to use my PhonePe account in Shikrapur, Pune, Maharashtra. My bank account appears as added in PhonePe, but I am not able to check my balance, UPI transactions do not go through, and I am unable to set my UPI ID at all. Every time I try to make a payment transfer or check balance through PhonePe, the process fails and the issue still remains unresolved. During this period I have tried all the options suggested in the app and basic troubleshooting steps, but nothing has solved the problem. I have even followed the usual advice like waiting for 24 hours and trying again, yet even after one month the situation has not improved. I request PhonePe to urgently fix this technical issue, ensure that my bank account works properly in the app, allow me to set my UPI ID, and enable balance check and transactions without any error. I also request a clear explanation of why this problem has been continuing for so long and for it to be resolved as soon as possible.
