On May 9, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹900 to my Quotex trading account through PhonePe. The payment was successfully deducted from my PhonePe balance, and the transaction status clearly shows as successful from the payment provider’s side.

However, despite the payment being completed successfully, the amount has still not been credited to my Quotex trading account balance. Because of this issue, I am unable to use the deposited funds for trading.

I have the complete UTR/transaction reference number for this payment, and according to PhonePe, the transaction was processed successfully without any failure or reversal. This confirms that the amount was transferred correctly from my side.

I request that Quotex urgently investigate this deposit issue using the provided UTR number and deposit details and immediately credit the ₹900 to my Quotex trading account. If there is any technical delay or issue, I request a clear explanation and confirmation of the resolution as soon as possible.
