PhonePe Payment Success, But Not Received/Trading Belence Quotex
I made a deposit of 20,000 on 04/02/2026 to my Quotex account using PhonePe UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my trading account, and the transaction has been pending for too long. My payment application shows that the money has been deducted, yet my Quotex balance has not been updated. I contacted Quotex support, and they replied that, according to their financial provider, the transaction was not successful and that no funds were received on their side. They also stated that the refund should have been organized by my bank according to its internal regulations and advised me to contact the bank for details of cancellation and return of the funds to the original account. Despite this, I still do not have my 20,000 available either in my Quotex account or refunded back to my bank, which is causing serious concern. I request that this issue be investigated in detail and that my 20,000 deposit either be promptly credited to my Quotex account or that I receive a clear confirmation and assistance to ensure the money is safely returned without further delay.
