PhonePe Not Allowing Me to Sell My Digital Gold

I have been facing an issue with selling my MMTC-PAMP gold on PhonePe for the last 5 days. I had purchased a total of 2 grams of MMTC-PAMP gold and I am currently trying to sell 1 gram through the PhonePe app, but the app is not allowing me to complete the sale. The issue started around 5 days ago and is still continuing without any resolution. I contacted PhonePe customer support regarding this problem, but they did not provide any proper response or solution to help me sell my gold. As a customer, this situation is causing inconvenience and concern because my money is stuck in the form of digital gold that I am unable to liquidate when needed. I request PhonePe to immediately enable the gold sell option on my account so that I can sell my MMTC-PAMP gold without any issue and access my funds without further delay.
