Parimatch PhonePe Deposit Stuck in Processing and Not Credited

On 13/05/2026 at around 11:20 PM, I made a deposit of INR 800 to my Parimatch account via PhonePe, but the amount has been stuck in processing and has not been added to my balance. The transaction was completed on PhonePe, and the reference/transaction ID is 469601039244, linked to my Parimatch account registered with the email address sharuk***@gmail.com. Although the money has been deducted from my PhonePe account, it is still not reflected in my Parimatch balance and continues to show as processing. This situation is causing inconvenience as I am unable to use the amount I have already paid. I request that this INR 800 either be immediately credited to my Parimatch account balance or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my original payment method without any further delay.
