Greedy Diamonds Sold but Payment Not Received and Refund Request
I am a user from India and I am writing about the Greedy application. I recharged my Greedy account multiple times using PhonePe from my Kotak Bank account, including one payment of 9,999 rupees and another of 4,099 rupees, and in total I loaded around 60,000 rupees into the app. After recharging, I sold approximately 50,000 worth of diamonds/coins through the Greedy system, but the money for these sold diamonds was never credited back to me. In the app it shows that the diamonds were sold, yet I did not receive any corresponding payment in my bank, wallet, or inside the Greedy balance. I contacted some agency or support related to Greedy and they told me I would receive the money, but even after waiting I still have not received any payment for my sold diamonds. This situation has caused me a serious financial loss and I feel very unsafe using the platform. Since I did not receive the money for the diamonds I sold, I am requesting a full refund of the amounts I recharged into Greedy, including the 9,999 and 4,099 rupee payments made via PhonePe from my Kotak Bank account. I kindly ask you to urgently investigate my account, pay me the missing amount for the sold diamonds, or refund my total recharge amount, and to inform me in writing of the result of this review.
