Dmwin PhonePe Payment Deducted But In Game Balance Not Added
I am using the Dmwin mobile app and today I made a payment of 200 via PhonePe for in‑game balance, but the amount has not been added to my game account. The money has been successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, and I have a transaction/reference number: 5530796 / 709649418514. Despite the payment going through on PhonePe, my Dmwin balance remains unchanged and I did not receive the purchased amount in the game. This situation is causing both financial loss and inconvenience, as I paid specifically to use this balance in the game today. I request that the 200 I paid via PhonePe be promptly and correctly added to my Dmwin game account, or that you provide clear information on the status of this transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
