JB Game Didn’t Credit My $85 PhonePe UPI Deposits for Over a Month
I am writing to report an issue regarding three pending deposits made to the JB Game app through the PhonePe UPI scanner. The deposits of $24, $24, and $36 (a total of $85) were made approximately 15–30 days ago, but the amounts have still not been credited to my JB Game account.
According to PhonePe, all three transactions were completed successfully, and the money was debited from my side. However, despite this, my JB Game account balance has not been updated and the deposits remain pending on your end. I have not received any response from the JB Game app regarding this issue.
I am requesting that the full $85, consisting of the three payments of $24, $24, and $36 made via the PhonePe UPI scanner, be credited to my JB Game account immediately or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
