4rabet Deposit Missing After ₹500 Was Debited Through PhonePe

I made a deposit of ₹500 to my 4rabet account through PhonePe on May 12 at approximately 5:58 p.m. using my Karur Vysya Bank account. Although the amount was successfully debited from my bank account, it has still not been credited to my 4rabet balance.
I contacted customer support regarding this issue, but the responses I received were unclear and did not properly explain where my money is or why the deposit has still not been processed. Because of the lack of clear communication, I am very concerned about the status of my funds.
I request that this issue be resolved urgently by either crediting the ₹500 deposit to my 4rabet account immediately or refunding the full amount back to my Karur Vysya Bank account. I also expect to receive a clear update regarding the current status of this transaction and the reason for the delay.
