4rabet Did Not Credit My Deposit Despite Money Deducted

I made a deposit to my 4rabet account today using PhonePe. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe/bank account, and I also have the transaction/reference ID from PhonePe as proof. However, the deposit has not been credited to my 4rabet account balance.

I contacted 4rabet customer support regarding this issue, and they informed me that the payment would be processed once it is confirmed by the payment provider. Despite this, the money has already been deducted from my account, and the deposit is still missing from my 4rabet balance.

I request that this deposit be either credited immediately to my 4rabet account or refunded back to my PhonePe/bank account, as this amount is very important to me. I kindly ask that this transaction be checked with the payment provider as soon as possible and that the issue be resolved without further delay.
