Philips Vacuum Cleaner Broke Down Leaving a Mess Behind

I've got to let off some steam here, we were all excited about getting this Philips vacuum cleaner, thought it'd make our lives easier, but boy, were we wrong. This thing is practically a decorative piece 'cause it ain't doing any vacuuming. Zilch. Nada. naturally, we gave Philips a ring to sort this mess out. And guess what they hit us with? "Not our problem!" We're here, with a vacuum that's about as useful as a screen door on a submarine, and they're acting like they're on a vacation from customer service. it gets better, we thought, "Alright, let's get the seller in on this." So, we reach out to them "Not our problem either!" Seriously, are we in some kind of parallel universe where customer satisfaction doesn't matter? Now, stuck with a non-vacuuming vacuum cleaner, our house is a mess...just to anyone out there thinking about buying anything from Philips, I've got one piece of advice: Don't. Save yourself the headache, go with another brand.
