Every day, for the past 5 months, I have been using my Philips 8000 Series XC8049/01 cordless stick vacuum cleaner. However, after 1.5-2 months, the pin that holds the brush attachment fell out. When you contacted the authorized service today, they informed you that none of the remaining accessories outside of the motor are covered by warranty. They also mentioned that using it that way wouldn't cause any harm. Every day, the clip holding the long sweeping part remains broken and the pins are still not covered by the warranty. Every day, I use Philips products without any problems, so encountering issues with one of their products was unexpected.
