Within a short amount of time, the paint on my Peugeot has started to fade, even on the roof beams. When I first talked to them, I was told that the paint comes with a 10-year guarantee. But after keeping me waiting for months, they changed their minds and said the protection was only good for 3 years. They also gave me a bad report. It's strange that they told me at first that the guarantee would last 10 years, but then changed their minds and said it would only last 3 years. This is a very stressful situation, especially since even a pair of shoes comes with a one-year warranty. It has never happened before or since that there is such a big difference, and it's hard to believe that this level of customer unhappiness is okay. Even cars from the 1990s, like the Tofaş models, usually don't have these kinds of problems. It's disappointing that a brand that takes pride in its quality and image can't keep the promises it makes to its customers. I beg Peugeot to change their mind and keep the original offer of a 10-year warranty.
