Returns under $10: PetFlow does not accept returns under $10. You can return an item in this price range to PetFlow using a shipping carrier of your choice, but you'll pay the shipping costs.
PetFlow does not accept returns on opened products. Returning opened cans of food requires an unopened case.
Prescription Products: Due to pharmaceutical regulations, PetFlow cannot accept returns or refunds for medications or prescription foods.
Return Shipping: The retail price of the item(s) being returned determines the return shipping fee. The credit or refund will be reduced by the return shipping fee.
Starting a Return: Contact PetFlow's customer service to return.
Please note that PetFlow only accepts returns within 30 days of shipment. Returns or exchanges after this time may be impossible. A package that is refused may incur a return shipping fee based on the tiers above.
