Pegasus Call Center Delayed My Lost Luggage Report Kept Me Waiting Without Help

I contacted the Pegasus call center to report our missing suitcase, and the whole experience was extremely tiresome. Despite calling a toll-free hotline, I had to endure a lengthy one-minute recording before being placed on hold. After being informed that I would be connected to the right representative, I patiently waited for a whole 10 minutes without receiving any response. Eventually, I decided to give up and ended the call. It would be more reasonable for Pegasus to ensure they have sufficient staff to handle these calls promptly, especially if they plan on charging for them. The call center seems more focused on profiting from customers' frustrations rather than offering the necessary support.
