Pegasus Airlines Damaged My Baggage and Ignored My Compensation Request

On January 22, I entrusted my extra paid (20 kilos) baggage/suitcase to Pegasus Airlines with the PC301321 baggage tag on the first flight from Istanbul to Tallinn with a transfer from Amsterdam. When it arrived in Tallinn, my bag was first registered in Amsterdam (specifications in the attached TLLBT18313 report), after it was found 2 days later, it was delayed for another 3 days and my entire baggage was delivered 5 days later with a disgraceful damage (even the wheel was missing) (adjustments in the attached TLLBT11169 report). All of this happened because Pegasus could not deliver my baggage to me in Tallinn on time and intact with the PC301321 baggage tag. The responsibility here belongs to Pegasus. There is both baggage loss and baggage damage. My watch has been wasted a week, and I have lost motivation in my work. Pegasus has to buy extra clothes and products because of you. Despite sending so many e-mails, I still have not received a response from Pegasus regarding compensation for this damage and customer satisfaction.
