Pegasus Account Restricted For Over A Year – Error 20205
I am a member of the Pegasus BolBol program and for more than a year my BolBol account has been restricted on the grounds of “acting contrary to regulations”. At the time the restriction was imposed I did not focus on it because I had no urgent need to use my points, but now that I want to benefit from them I still cannot perform any transactions. On the “BolPuan Details” screen in the Pegasus app, I see the warning “Warning! The member cannot spend points. Please check your account. (20205)” and I am neither able to transfer my points nor spend them in any way. My account has therefore effectively been unusable for over a year. About a year ago I contacted Pegasus customer service about this situation. In response, I was sent a standard email referring to Article 14.6.1 on “Misuse” and Article 14.3.5.3 of the Pegasus General Rules, which generally states that membership may be terminated in case of program misuse. However, I have never knowingly engaged in any non‑compliant or abusive activity, and if any transaction was considered suspicious, I believe this may have arisen from Pegasus’s own internal systems or processes. Despite my request for clarification, I have not been given any concrete explanation as to which specific transaction or behavior was deemed problematic, nor any clear guidance on what I am supposed to do to resolve this. As a loyal customer, I find it very unfair and far from customer‑oriented to be left for such a long period with a vaguely defined “suspicious activity” label on my account and to be prevented from using the points I have earned. I kindly request that the restriction on my BolBol account be urgently reviewed and lifted, that I be allowed to freely use and, if I wish, transfer my BolBol points, and that Pegasus provide customers with clear, concrete and transparent information in such situations. I also expect measures to be taken so that similar unclear and long‑term restrictions do not affect other customers in the future.
