At 23:55 on February 4th, I hopped on a Pegasus Airlines flight from Antalya to Sharm El Sheikh. After grabbing my bags from the conveyor, I couldn't help but notice that one of the wheels was completely busted. I let the staff know about the situation, and they told me to wait by the belt for assistance. Even though I waited for the recommended 15 minutes, no assistance arrived, and I couldn't keep the hotel transfer vehicle waiting any longer. I would like to request compensation for the damages that have been caused.
