I Face Translation Failure and Unreliable Service With PDFSimpli Book Upload
I used PDFSimpli to translate a book by uploading the file directly to their system. At first, the platform acted as if the translation process was completed and immediately charged me for the service. However, shortly after, the site displayed an error message saying the translation had “failed.” Despite several attempts, I was unable to re-upload the file or access the translation I had already paid for.
This experience was extremely frustrating because the service gave the impression that the job was done while in reality, nothing was delivered. On top of that, I was left without the product I paid for and with no clear way to recover my file or the translation. The fact that the system charges customers without successfully providing the service makes it feel misleading and unreliable.
I expect PDFSimpli to refund the payment they charged for the failed translation and to fix their system so that other users do not face the same issue. Transparency and reliability are basic requirements for paid digital services, and this situation must be resolved immediately.
