If you paid on PDFSimpli and your document wasn’t displayed, you can act immediately to recover it:

• Check your inbox and spam folder for a download link sent by PDFSimpli.

• Log into your account at https://www.pdfsimpli.com/login and check the history or “My Documents” section.

• If it doesn’t appear, contact support by email at [email protected], providing your purchase email, payment date, transaction number, and the type of document you uploaded.

Attach proof of the charge and a screenshot of the screen where the file should have appeared.

• Also complete their official form at https://www.pdfsimpli.com/contact so there’s a record and you get a case number.

• If the issue isn’t resolved, share it on Xolvie to warn others and help them act quickly when issues arise with PDFSimpli.
