Pdfgo Subscription Charged After Free Trial

I registered on Pdfgo with a three‑day trial for a monthly subscription, but I did not use the service during the trial period. Despite this, today I was charged 49,90 € for the monthly subscription. Right after noticing the charge, I cancelled my subscription and contacted Pdfgo customer service to request a refund. However, I have not received any response to my refund request so far. Since I did not use the service and the charge was made right after the trial, I kindly request the full refund of 49,90 € and confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and will not be charged again.
