I am submitting this complaint regarding unauthorized subscription charges made by Pdfcharge.com to my TD Bank card. I only intended to make a one-time PDF conversion purchase, but I was instead signed up for a monthly subscription without my clear consent or understanding. As a result, I have been charged 49.99 twice, even though I never knowingly agreed to a recurring payment plan. The first unexpected charge of 49.99 appeared on my statement on 05/09/2026, and there has since been a second charge of the same amount. On my TD Bank statement, these payments are listed under the name Pdfcharge.com. I have not received any clear notification, invoice, or understandable information indicating that I was entering into a monthly subscription at this price. I have already contacted my bank, TD Bank, to report these charges as unauthorized. The charges are currently still pending, and I have not yet been able to initiate a refund process directly with Pdfcharge.com because I do not know how to reach them or access any customer support. As a precaution, TD Bank has issued me a new card to prevent further unauthorized withdrawals. In this context, I request a full refund of both 49.99 charges and confirmation that any subscription or recurring payment connected to my details is immediately cancelled so that no further charges will be made.
