Hello, Paytr has closed our store and blocked our account without requesting any information or documents from us based on a complaint. We contacted the complainant and found out that the service did not reach them due to an email error. After providing the service, our customer withdrew their complaint. Despite this, Paytr persistently holds our money in the pool. Since the complaint has been resolved and there are no other issues, they should transfer the money to our account instead of keeping it blocked and sending automatic emails for days. We urgently await a resolution.

Instead of persistently calling or requesting information, they have been sending automatic messages saying it is being reviewed for days. The complaint was withdrawn by the customer because we provided the service and issued the invoice. Despite having communicated these details to Paytr via email, our money is still being used and held in a block.

Hello, The blocking process applied to your payments is based on Article 5.8 of the "Paytr Payment Service Agreement" signed between the parties and the Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions. We would like to remind you that due to the rules of international card payment organizations, it is possible for the relevant payments to be held in block for up to 540 days, which is the valid objection period for card payments, due to potential chargeback disputes. The blocked amount is kept in a protection account within the scope of the legislation and does not earn any interest. Unfortunately, it is still being said that the money is being held due to potential future complaints. The latest email is attached. They are saying that they cannot release our money because the person claimed that they did not perform the 3D transaction that they willingly conducted. We are truly tired of these excuses and believe that the following statement will clearly demonstrate our rightful position to everyone. "In 3D Secure transactions, liability shift is accepted in both 3D Secure 1 and 3D Secure 2 approvals. Therefore, a company that receives payments through the 3D Secure system is not obliged to refund the payment due to a chargeback dispute. Companies accept that transactions conducted through the 3D Secure system are 100% secure in accordance with Article 27/a of the Regulation on Bank Cards and Credit Cards and Article 76 of Banking Law No. 5411, and they proceed based on this trust while providing their services."
