Qqwin Deposit Not Credited After Paytm UPI Payment

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with the Qqwin game related to a balance top‑up that was not added to my account. On 09 March 2026, I made a payment of 10,000 RS via Paytm UPI in order to add balance to my Qqwin account with Game ID 776223***, player name “sucg9***”, registered with phone number 9087659***. Although the payment was successfully completed from my side, the balance has not been credited to my game account. After noticing that the amount was not added, I contacted the gaming platform’s support. They informed me that they have not received my payment. However, the transaction was completed through Paytm UPI and from my perspective the money has been deducted, so there is a clear discrepancy between the payment and the game balance. I request that the missing 10,000 RS be urgently processed and added to my Qqwin game balance, or alternatively that the amount be refunded to my Paytm account. I also expect a clear explanation of why this issue occurred and how it will be prevented in the future.
