Paytm Payment Failed But Money Was Debited From My Account

I am writing regarding a failed UPI transaction made through Paytm on 19/03/2026, where the amount was debited from my NSDL Bank account but has not been credited back. My NSDL account ending with XX0964 was debited by Rs 2,000 for a UPI transaction to the UPI ID 9569813650-3@ibl with UPI reference number 601214514350 (NSDLPB). The transaction failed, yet the money was deducted from my account. I have not received any proper response or resolution from the bank regarding this issue so far, and the debited amount has still not been reversed to my account. I request that my debited amount of Rs 2,000 be immediately refunded to my NSDL Bank account linked to this transaction and that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.
