Unauthorized PayPal Charges Drain My Credit Card

I've noticed a charge of $145.20 on my credit card from PayPal, and I wasn't notified about it. I can't believe this! Zero messages, zero alerts, absolutely nothing! If I hadn't taken the initiative to check, the outcome could have been uncertain. And as if that wasn't enough, it's for a purchase from another country. What if the quantity was increased? Or nine hundred dollars? Then they discuss raising limits, what a ridiculous idea! I've decided to close my credit card and transfer my banking services to a different institution. Security is severely lacking in this place. I am considering legal action against PayPal.
