PayPal Cash Out Not Working

I have been using the Hotminidrama application for about four months and have accumulated earnings by regularly watching videos. Despite this, I have not been able to cash out the money I earned on the platform. At the moment, there is more than £400 in my Hotminidrama account balance, as can be seen on the cash out screen of the app. The balance is visible, and different withdrawal options and payment methods such as PayPal and Airwallex are shown, but the system does not allow me to successfully withdraw my earnings to any of these methods. I have not been able to obtain any support or explanation from the company so far, as I have not received a clear channel or response regarding this problem within the application. I request that my account be checked urgently, that my earnings of over £400 be paid to me through one of the available withdrawal methods, and that my account be arranged so that I can cash out my future earnings without any problems.
