PayPal Withdrawals Not Paid After Multiple Requests
I am writing this complaint about HotminiDrama because I am extremely angry that I have still not received the money I earned from watching content on your platform, despite completing all the required steps for withdrawal. On 20/05/2026, I requested my first withdrawal of 300 AED, and on 11/06/2026 I requested a second withdrawal of 500 AED. I used my PayPal account and directed the money to my bank account at First Abu Dhabi Bank in the United Arab Emirates. However, up to now, neither of these amounts has been deposited into my bank account, and there is no clear explanation or update from your side. I tried to find a way to contact your customer service but I could not find a phone number or any effective support channel, which has increased my frustration. I invested my time on your platform based on your promises of payment for views, and it is unacceptable that the amounts of 300 and 500 AED have not been paid. I demand that HotminiDrama immediately transfer my full earnings, 300 AED and 500 AED, to my bank account via the PayPal withdrawal method I used, or clearly explain the reason for the delay and resolve this issue without any further excuses. I also expect you to provide a clear and accessible customer service contact so that such problems can be followed up properly in the future.
