Freecash Put My PayPal Withdrawal on Cash Out Hold

I have been using my Freecash account in the USA since February and recently requested a withdrawal via PayPal. For the last two days the withdrawal was shown as “pending”, and today the status was changed to “cash out hold” without any clear explanation. I contacted Freecash support and was told that I should continue with the verification process. However, no verification has been sent to my account or email, so I am unable to complete any verification steps and my money remains on hold. I request that my verification be promptly completed or properly initiated, and that my PayPal withdrawal be released without further delay, or that I receive a clear and detailed explanation of why my cash out is being held.
