I received $102 from my customer, but after two fees were deducted by Payoneer, I ended up with only $57.45. I was not aware of these fees beforehand: a withdrawal fee of $15 for sums less than $750 and an annual account fee of $29.95. In addition, I had applied for Payoneer cards, both virtual and physical, hoping to avoid future fees, but I did not receive either of them. My account was blocked because I failed to submit the necessary document to prove my residence in Kazakhstan as a Russian citizen. Despite submitting multiple documents, they were all declined. Even an official statement from my local Kaspi Bank was not accepted because it did not indicate my full address in Kazakhstan. However, the bank only issues this type of document without indicating any postal address. What was I expected to do? This is their official form. I tried to get assistance via live chat, but the operator was rude and unhelpful. They informed me that my account was blocked. I then attempted to submit additional documents via email, but I have not received a response. This payment system is the worst, and I do not recommend it to anyone.
