I used my Payoneer account to withdraw my TikTok live stream earnings. The balance showed $54 on TikTok, but when it was transferred to Payoneer, it dropped to about $29. On top of that, because the minimum withdrawal limit is higher than my remaining balance, I can no longer withdraw my money. While TikTok shows a $1 minimum withdrawal limit, Payoneer deducted nearly $25 as a yearly fee, leaving me unable to access my funds.
I was not aware of any “annual payment” or automatic subscription, and I was not properly informed about such a fee. As a result, a deduction was made without my request, and now my remaining balance is below the withdrawal limit, effectively leaving my money locked in the system. The transaction occurred today, my customer ID is 1798518, and I have not received any response to my support request so far.
I request that Payoneer cancel the automatic annual fee charged without my knowledge, refund the deducted amount and the entire balance in my account, and provide clear and transparent information about such fees in the future.
